Abstract

This study explores cross-cultural differences in personality traits and well-being among Iranian and Swedish adolescents. Using subjective and psychological well-being measures, the study examines how personality traits such as Neuroticism, Openness, and Extraversion relate differently to well-being across cultures. Mediation analysis revealed that psychological well-being mediates the relationship between Neuroticism, Extraversion, and subjective well-being in the Swedish sample.
