Mindfulness Based Flourishing Program: A Cross-Cultural Study of Hong Kong Chinese and British Participants

Abstract

The Mindfulness Based Flourishing Program (MBFP) is an online 8-week intervention developed for enhancing wellbeing through mindfulness practices. This study validates MBFP’s cross-cultural applicability in Hong Kong Chinese and British populations, demonstrating its effectiveness in improving mindfulness, gratitude, self-compassion, meaning in life, and reducing negative affect.
